Our website is set out by our terms and conditions. If you place an order from this website it indicates you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Our prices and payment
Unless otherwise stated the price of the goods is inclusive of V.A.T.
Where the price has been quoted by us for a specific order with unique quantities and a specific delivery time we reserve the rights to vary the price for the goods. If you the customer do not agree to pay the revised charges then the contract can be cancelled. Once an order has been confirmed and processed any discount offers can not be applied to the order.
A secure payment process has been set up on the website to purchase your goods safely. We do not have access to you the customers card details. If you wish, you may pay by cheque, we will process and dispatch your goods when the funds are available.
We will dispatch your goods for delivery via our couriers to the address you the customer have provided on the order form. We bear no responsibility for wrong addresses given by you the customer.
We endeavour to dispatch all items as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days of orders being placed, but in a few instances it may take up to 5 working days to dispatch them. In this global market place our suppliers ship from far and wide which can sometimes cause some stock lead times to be longer than we would like. If you have placed an order and this is the case we shall contact you the customer to keep you informed as to the status of the particular order, in this instance we will offer you the customer either, an alternative product/products or a refund in full. We try to keep a good stock for all of our popular items but if there has been high demand on a particular product, we may have to acquire more stock from our suppliers in which case there will be a short delay.
Here at UK Door Handles, we will not disclose any information to external third parties. We use tracking cookies on our site to keep track of our customers shopping cart selections. This is purely a way of us making sure the site is running at its optimum potential and efficiently at all times
Retention of Title
The Title of any goods sold by UK Door Handles, remains the property of UK Door Handles until payment is received in full
It is our intention to provide goods of the highest quality however, should you not be entirely happy with your purchase and would like to return the items, please feel free to contact us for our "no quibble" returns policy within 7 days from the receipt of your order quoting your Invoice Number and relevant order details to make the process easier
Goods should be returned using a courier chosen by UK Door Handles. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, complete with all screws, fittings and in a re-saleable condition. Used items should not be returned for a refund unless faulty. UK Door Handles cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit and the cost of the return is the responsibility of the Customer
Special Order Items unfortunately, cannot be returned if incorrectly ordered
UK Door Handles have taken every care to accurately describe all goods on the Website and descriptions and measurements of goods are recorded as accurately as possible but are an approximation only and may vary. Colours and finishes of goods are pictured as clearly as possible, but may differ slightly on delivery. UK Door Handles will not be responsible for genuine errors in the website content and will not be liable for any delays or additional costs to the Customer.
Images of our products on the Website are a representation only of the products and may not be exactly the same style, finish, size etc of the product selected. Goods on UK Door Handles Website are all subject to availability. Customers will be informed as soon as possible should the product not be available. Alternative products may be offered of equal or higher value than the original product ordered by the Customer. No liability can be accepted for delays or additional costs to the Customer caused by goods being out of stock or discontinued
