Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and signature for orders in between 1kg and 2kg which takes 3 to 5 days. This option is used as it is by far the cheapest way for you to receive your items and keep the costs of delivery to a minimum.
Orders over 2kg are shipped using a courier.
We try our hardest to have as many handles in as many finishes with as many accessories in stock as possible, but due to the massive diversity of all of our products it is close to impossible to have all finishes and styles in at any one point. We can gain products from our suppliers on a next day basis so re-stocking is quite quick and this doesn't normally cause long delays.
We are not told if a specific line is not available at our suppliers until we ask for them, but if this is the case we will let you know immediately.
If you enter your specific items into the shopping cart this will generate the shipping costs automatically for you to see. No need to go through the lengthy process of registering only to find out later the cost of delivery.
Shipping notes are printed from customers details and we bear no responsibility for wrong addresses, so please make sure the address given is correct on the order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
